As HR Manager Master Data & Service Management you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall successful delivery of HR Services. You will be responsible for leading and developing the work and the employees within our Master Data and HR Direct teams. Together with the teams you will ensure that processes, systems and work routines are as optimized as possible and aligned with business needs and strategy.
An important part of the position will be to continously develop and drive a high quality mindset of service delivery as well as systems performance.
You will lead two teams of dedicated and skilled specialists within HR Master Data and Service Management.
You will be part of the HR Service Centre Management Team, based in Lund and report to the HR Service Centre Director.
Main responsibilities
• Lead and develop the teams
• Budget and result responsibility
• Be the Local Process Driver for both Master Data and Service Management processes
• Drive World Class Service Delivery ambition in the Service Centre
• Drive quality, efficiency and automation agenda through both local and global continuous improvements
• Secure close collaboration with central organisations within and outside of HR.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have previous experience of delivering and developing World Class Service solutions as well as a genuine interest in system optimization and data management. Experience from automation and digitalisation initiatives is also highly beneficial.
You have excellent people leadership skills that will help you lead and develop your team and to create shared goals and commitment. You are curious and you will make good use of your networking skills, internally as well as externally. You have a holistic perspective as well as a strong sense for details. Managerial experience is considered a plus.
Your business awareness and project management experience will be highly valued. A strong ability to communicate in a clear and effective way including very good knowledge in written and verbal English is a must. Swedish language is considered a plus.
You have a University degree within for example Business Administration, HR, IT or equivalent.
