In this role you would be the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions.Essential Responsibilities:The client groups you will be supporting are based at two sites, one in Stockholm (Danderyd), which is our Sales Office, and one in Uppsala (GEMS PET Systems AB). Combined the two sites employ approx. 250 employees and it is essential that you are present on both locations. You will report to the Country HR Manager for the UK and be part of a dedicated global HR team owning the HR support for Sweden.Essential Responsibilities:Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple senior leaders and employees within a complex business environment, including supporting multiple matrixed organizations with acquired businesses, union relations, or global footprintsPartner with HR Business Partners and O&TD professionals to execute business-specific HR strategiesManage union relationsProvide advice and counsel to managers and employees to promote an ethical and compliant work environmentLead key HR processes including compensation planning and complianceConduct HR training and support for functional processes like Performance Development, Salary Planning, New Employee Orientation and New Manager AssimilationFor more information or questions regarding the position, please contact

Christina.dahlgren@ge.com +46 18-6120704.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent knowledge/experience)Fluency in Swedish as local language as well as EnglishProven professional work in the Human Resources function with responsibilities such as recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employee development or performance managementExperience in working in a global matrixed work environmentEU work permitDesired Characteristics:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human ResourcesSound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirementsUnderstanding of strategic HR concepts and principlesStrong problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environmentDetailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skillsPassionate, employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping employees succeedApproachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levelsDesires employee-facing work; willingness to make horizontal moves to develop HR expertiseStrong customer service focus, with a high level of responsivenessSupportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment; ability to diffuse a tense situationStrong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement
