 HR Manager, Sweden
The Swedish operation currently consists of 15 branch offices with approx. 600 engineers. Main offices are located in Stockholm and Västerås, where this position is to be placed. 
 THE ROLE                         
The HR Manager will report directly to VP HR & Communications at the headquarters in Finland and functionally to the General Manager in Sweden. The HR Manager will not have any subordinates but will be a member of the Swedish Management Team.
 The principal duty for the HR Manager is to handle all HR related tasks for the Swedish operation and be a part of the HR-team on a group level to focus on Compensation & Benefit issues.
 More specifically the responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for the recruitment process development and support
• To continue the work of harmonizing company policies and employment agreements  
• Handle labor legislation and support the organization in relating matters
• Participate and represent the company in negotiations with the labor unions
• Select and negotiate suppliers for services such as insurance brokers for pension schemes
• Be the expert in Compensations & Benefits for the group and participate in the HR-team on a group level.
 Professional Experience:  
• Minimum three years experience from a similar position with English as working language
• Experience in working with Comp & Ben
• Experience of negotiations with labor unions
• Strong negotiations skills and a good presenter of unpopular decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with computer skills
 Personality:
• Business-minded and results-oriented. Must understand the business and its needs
• Team-player who creates confidence and who is willing to do the necessary rather than the comfortable
• Consistent high achiever; highly self motivated individual with tenacity, staying power and encouraged by challenge
• Structured and well organized; prioritizes well
