About the role
We are now looking for a HR Controller who is passionate about business and can contribute to the development and strengthening of our team. The Finance & HR Controlling function within People & Culture at Scania consists of a HR Controller as well as three Business Controllers who work closely together to support the management and the organization with reports, analysis, and decision material. This role requires qualitative, timely, and relevant financial information.

Responsibilities
• Execute on strategy: To succeed in this role, you need to combine good business understanding with analytical and financial skills as well as a strong understanding of human resources.
• Be responsible for HR data including headcount KPIs by ensuring that definitions as well as reporting complies both with local and European labor legislation, as well as global corporate governance standards.
• Identify and address risks in HR data collection, data quality, processing and reporting as well as implementing internal control measures to eliminate and/or mitigate risks and safe guard the third-party auditing.
• Overall responsibility for coordination, data collection, data quality, and reporting of the quantitative data points in CSRD S1 - own workforce and to ensure compliance with the reporting standards and to safeguard adherence to evolving regulatory expectations.
• Work with continuous improvements and development of our current processes for effectiveness and reliability in HR data collection, data quality and reporting as well as shaping and further developing the HR Controller role
Your profile
We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic person who wants to support P&C's future development! The ideal candidate has:
• A degree in finance, business administration, human resources, behavioural science or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in controlling preferably within the HR controlling area.
• Knowledge of and previous experience from working with CSRD S1 - own workforce is meriting
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Experience in developing and/or using Business Intelligence systems is a merit.
• Experience with HFM and SAP Hana is a merit.
To solve complex tasks, you need to be analytical and have high problem-solving skills. The ability to focus on details without losing sight of the big picture is therefore essential to succeed in your role. A service-minded and solution-oriented attitude is highly valued, so you need to have both social and communicative skills as the role involves contact with both internal and external parties.
