We are hiring a location HR Business to Grids & Power Quality Solutions at Hitachi Energy in Västerås, Sweden. In this role you will provide on-location HR expertise to ensure effective and sustainable workplace relations and performance. You will be part of a global HR Business Partner team and be part of Grids & Power Quality solutions local management team. For this role we are looking for an HR experienced person who value collaboration, knowledge sharing, appreciate transparency and see opportunities.
Your responsibilities
Work with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people, and organization
Drive the implementation of HR processes including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and other processes such as HR systems and HR data quality
Ensure strong labor-and key stakeholder relationships
Understand business needs and provide support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes
Further develop and improve HR to meet local business needs and global strategies
Identify short-and long-term solutions for competence development, in line with our diversity & inclusion ambitions
Provide coaching and support around key people management activities (e.g., performance management, employee relations, talent management, learning and development and recruitment)
Collaborate with Payroll, Talent and Learning, Compensation and Benefits functions to provide solutions and support for employees and managers
Your background
You have HR-experience from previous roles
Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
Knowledge of local Swedish labor market, legislations, and policies
Excellent command in English is a must, both written and spoken
Negotiation skills with good capability to achieve understanding to influence others, ability to prioritize work tasks, communicate clearly and anchor with stakeholders
You are flexible, persistent and have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate well with others in a high-paced environment
