As HR Business Partner at Power Grids Automation, which is a part of the Power Grids Division based in Västerås, you will be part of a dynamic business unit and have a great opportunity to support a successful business in the HR field. Acting as a core member of the local Business Management Team, HR Business Partner shall provide on-location HR support to employees including managers to ensure effective and sustainable workplace relations and performance in close collaboration with HR network; apply HR policies defined by Group Centers of Expertise (CoE), including on Labor Relations as defined in the country, ensures & assure local compliance. Tasks To be successful in this role you need to be able to work independently, take initiatives and apply established standards to your areas of responsibility. You are a person who can see the whole picture of current situations and the ability to make plans and bring them into action. We are looking for a positive, reliable, and result driven person. You are also responsive and motivated to focus on operational HR and find it easy to cooperate in a global environment. You will frequently instruct and coach other professionals, so your social skills must be well-developed. As HR Business Partner you shall: Implement HR priorities in the organization in line with group/ global division / global BU&/global function and people strategy Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies Work closely with Talent Partners to ensure a healthy and sustainable talent pipeline in the organization Partner with business leaders to understand and identify learning requirements, carry out training and communication on HR strategy, policy and processes, when necessaryDrives and executes all talent processes with Business Leaders e.g. identification and succession planning on business-critical positions, diversity and inclusion and owns the talent outcomes. Lead discussions and own the relationship with local collective bargaining and information/consultation groups where applicable (e.g. works councils, trade unions, employee committees). Requirements As preferred qualifications we want you to have a university degree from the HR field and 3-5 years of experience in HR work with a broad perspective, including previous work with change management and negotiations. Preferably, you have previously worked in an international organization. It is important that you can express yourself fluently, both orally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
