For these functions:
Develop a solid understanding of the business context (eg of business drivers, organizational capabilities, talent dynamics, working culture, reward system, employee engagement)
Develop mutual relationships and trust with business leaders, talents and employees.
Orchestrate the process to establish an HR Strategic Plans / Yearly Plans ensuring full buy in from stakeholders; subsequently lead the implementation
Predict talent requirements and know the talent pool across the value chain in-depth and with details, lead regular talent reviews.
Have oversight of benefits and rewards - across the value chain - so that these are aligned to meet business objectives and that performance management systems are leveraged to their potential
As part of our transformation towards customer centricity and cost efficiency, our Mobile Equipment business unit has recently established a solutions sales unit and is now in the early phases to streamline our End-to-End Supply Chain capabilities. In support of this and for the purpose to maximize our organizational and transformational success we are now recruiting an HR Business Partner.
The purpose of the position is to orchestrate the change that realize our business objectives and to manage the change with Business Leaders and HR Experts in a way that contributes to customer satisfaction, employee engagement and our future culture. For this, the Business Partner has an intimate understanding of our business and its requirements, an overview of the full suite of HR tools to understand how these can best be leveraged and the impact to influence the dialogue on the table.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic degree in a relevant field (Master of Business or in HR)
Experience
5 years of experience from senior leadership roles or 5 years from "heavy duty" business partner roles
Knowledgeable in how multinational matrix organization operate
Deep insights in how organizations with HR Business Partners excel with HR Centers of Excellence
Experienced in managing change and from large scale cultural and organizational transformations
Experience from industrial sectors, and from operations across the value chain
Overview and experience in using the full HR suite (except transactional HR)
Competencies

Breadth of leadership styles and ability to selectively apply
Courage and ability to initiate and drive change. Energy and endurance
Solid communicator in knowing what to say, how to say (written as well as spoken) and at all levels in the organization
Exercise discretion in matters of confidentiality
Excellent knowledge in English, both verbally and written. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
