Managing a HR team and leveraging awesome King centres of Expertise you will foster ?Think global and act local?
You will focus on the performance of our Sweden teams including; platform, shared and both growing new studio teams and existing titles that currently include Candy Crush, Pet Rescue Saga and King.com.
What you need to deliver
Establishing a true strategic partnership with Business Leaders.
Continuously work with managers across the business to ensure talent and business strategy and goals are aligned
Anticipate talent needs and capabilities across the whole employee lifecycle & influencing King global CoE priorities
Using external models, Best Practice, knowledge and network to continually drive improvements in business performance, organisational design and talent processes
Identify and develop future leaders to ensure sustainability and growth
Work closely with Centres of Expertise (CoE) to resolve complex and challenging problems through innovative and agile thinking
Ensure King and your business areas/geographies are a Special and engaged places to work, embody our values and foster King high performance Culture

Ideally worked both in and out of Sweden in a Senior HRBP role
