As HR Administrator Master Data and Reporting you will be responsible for ensuring that master data is maintained and up-to-date in accordance with SLA agreements. You will have the possibility to work with a wide variety of tasks within the master data and reporting field
Your main tasks will be to:
• Create and maintain records for new staff
• Update organisational structure and authorisation in department or unit
• Ensure high quality in master data through appropriate controls
• Deliver pre-defined reports to internal and external respondents
• Drive and be pro-active in continuous improvements and standardisation of available report
• Have contact with Global her team related to international relocations
• Archive personnel files
Publiceringsdatum2009-05-13KvalifikationerTo be successful in this position you must have good knowledge in the HR module of SAP. Experience from working within payroll and with payroll systems will be highly valued.
As a person you are well organised, thorough and show attention to details. You are analytic and solutions oriented and have a strong customer service focus together with a high level of personal integrity. Good written and verbal skills in English are required.
