Role Summary
An integral part of the future we are diving into, is empowering our customers to unlock the full potential of their operations through our Services offering. Now there is an opening for an experienced manager to take on the role as Head of Service Product Management in our new Services organization, a key role as we move towards our future as a solution provider. The role will report to Head of Service Solutions & Customer Experience, KSS and be part of the KSS management team.

Job Responsibilities
You will have the privilege to head a new section with three diverse teams of engaged and highly competent Product Managers innovating, developing, implementing and commercializing great Customer Services used and appreciated by businesses globally. They are led by three experienced group managers who together with you will form the management team of your new section Service Product Management, KSSP, a section with approx. 30 employees.

As Head of Service Product Management you will focus on making sure that the great services that we develop actually create the anticipated value for our customers and for Scania. By doing this, you will help drive our ambition of becoming a solution provider and trusted partner and transforming the future of our business. You and your teams are the commercial voice in our service development and through tight interaction with our markets and customers you make sure that we spend our development efforts in the areas that will make the most difference for our customer's, hence driving adoption, revenue generation and loyalty amongst our users. We are obsessed with a customer-centric way of working, always looking for that win-win solution that increases the competitiveness of customers and Scania alike. Your team and you, play an important part on our servitization journey and you will get the chance to showcase your commercial know-how, sales focus and intrapreneurial spirit as you lead this area to new heights.

The service portfolio that your teams are responsible for ranges from our services to optimize the customer's business in transportation, third party integrations, new services in the charging area as well as our important, well-known and appreciated Asset & Uptime services - an area where we want to stay ahead to ensure uptime for our customers! We see great potential in evolving and differentiating the portfolio over the next coming years. Services will play an increasingly important role in our future, and because of that, you will get to interact with a lot of different stakeholders - within our internal organization, but also externally. This is a commercial role, and you are expected to be able to represent our offering in different meetings, work with both strategic and operational questions and create a fun, empathetic and positive work environment for your teams.


Who You Are
You like a challenge, seeing opportunities and possible solutions rather than problems and obstacles. You have proven that you can drive change and get lasting results and you have an aptitude for working together with and through others to solve complex issues. You have great communication skills and don't shy away from rolling up your sleeves and communicating tough targets. You have deep knowledge about Scania's products and services and can manage expectations in a complex environment with many stakeholders. You can get other's enthusiastic about new ideas. You have experience from working in customer facing roles, preferably in a B2B setting, have a commercial mind-set and if you have worked with services that is a merit.

You are a leader, and have been a manager in previous roles at Scania. You bring energy, enthusiasm and presence to the table. You lead by example and are comfortable with taking ownership of other people's mistakes and evaluating how to help prevent the situation from happening again. But most of all, you are a team-player, looking to make a real difference for the future of Scania, understanding that we will be many that have to contribute to get there.
