Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Business Manager to act as BA's prime interface towards the MA's to secure execution of strategy and maintain business growth. In this role you will ensure financial performance by following up on financial & operational performance and initiating actions as needed. You will also support MA's in driving and developing sales and represent the BA when crucial to meet long term as well as financial objectives.
You will
Secure BU strategy execution and business growth and build understanding for BU business in the region.
Communicate BU strategy and financial ambitions and secure BU content in Regional Growth and strategy plans
Provide active support in the development and execution of Growth plans and deliver market and business insight for BU strategy work.
Set targets and KPIs and follow-up on financial and operational performance
Develop and drive BU sales activities towards the Regions, seeing opportunities to develop business with CU/KAM
Proactively coordinate Key Deals within and between BUs
Support knowledge and learning transfer and build/maintain a contact network in Region and BU to facilitate business
Keep well-versed of trends and Ericsson's best course of action to transfer knowledge between Regions

To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
7-10 years' experience of relationship sales in the ICT industry
Minimum 5 years in leadership positions
An entrepreneurial and commercial thinking approach
Persuading, Influencing, Presenting & Communicating Information skills
Solid experience in formulating strategies and concepts
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
Crafting & innovating skills

Additional Requirements:
Excellent business understanding
Demonstrated commercial competence & skills
Outstanding Selling and interpersonal skills as well as market and customer insights
Financial shrewdness
Negotiation Skills
