What you will be a part of
Saab Academy is organised within Group Function Human Resources and is responsible for Saab's competence, talent management, performance, development and introduction processes and also for Saab's trainee program, all global management training programs, training modules in different functional areas and Saab's global e-learning initiatives. The responsibility also includes leading Saab's diversity initiative and leading and building up Saab's workforce planning structure. The role reports to SVP HR.
Your role
You:
are leading a professional team consisting of seven coworkers responsible for various areas and initiatives within Saab Academy
are driving change in the way Saab works with competence and career management
are leading the talent management review process together with Business Area and Market Area HR managers in close cooperation with Group Management
are leading the development of integrating performance management with talent management review and development activities
lead and develop Saab's employer branding strategy and activities
lead and build up Saab's workforce planning structure
are leading Saab's diversity initiative
continuously monitor the training market and develop Saab's programs and modules from a global perspective
are a member of the steering groups concerning external executive management programs that Saab participates in
are a member of Saab's HR Council
are a member of Group Function Human Resources' management team
Your skills and experience
You have an academic education or equivalent experience and leadership experience. You have proven competence in driving change projects, are result oriented and have the ability to transform complexity into operational execution. Your communication skills are proven and you are used to working in a matrix organisation in a global environment. As a leader you are well known for involving your coworkers and creating an open environment where continuous learning and experience-sharing prevails.
