ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of PMO & Finance Transformation for TAG - The Absolut Group, you are responsible to drive the governance and enablement of the company transformation via a strong project management office, ensuring close alignment with the group transformation strategy.
In this role, you will ensure speed to execution in the organization enabling the delivery of our overall ambition transversely through all departments and at all levels with a specific focus on Finance and Marketing coordination.
You're welcome to join us at our Headquarters in Stockholm and will report to The Absolut Group CFO.
In this role you will: Lead The Absolut Group (TAG) Project Management Office across
Project Governance
In close collaboration with the leadership team, be responsible for the overall TAG Management System and the all the processes associated.
Manage the company project governance framework.
Continuously drive to embed the project ways of working journey through our project leaders with always an execution at speed and performance mindset.
Co-animate existing cross-functional community (PMO, Governing body, Project leader).
Project Portfolio Management
Responsible for TAG Project portfolio updates & monitoring, in close collaboration with the functional PMOs / project leaders.
Responsible to communicate with project sponsors and leaders in relation to relevant project updates or action needed (monthly together with help of the functional PMOs).
Lead the Finance and Marketing project pipeline coordination.
Project Capabilities
Elevate the overall project management capabilities in TAG.
Drive potential improvement to further develop the systems.
Coordinate the project management training plan on a regular basis for the organization.
FINANCE PMO
Responsible of the TAC Finance transformation (PR Finance 4.0 / TAC digital finance).
ABOUT YOU
You are a true change agent who gets energized by process and project management. You have strong interpersonal skills, you know how to communicate clearly with others, inspire people around you and ultimately bring them on the same exciting journey.
You take the status quo, process, tools and people capability and elevate them to the next level by influencing, engaging and building partnerships with stakeholder across group and at all levels.
You are a self-starter, process oriented professional with the ability to drive structure and prioritization. You're used to work in complex environment, but that does not scare you as you are a problem solver with an optimistic can-do attitude.
University degree in business administration, or similar
3-5 years Project Management Office experience, with proven track record of elevating project management processes and capabilities
Change management experience and evidence of leading and embedding successful change
