Job Summary: Working for the Vice President Human Resources, we are looking for a Head of Learning for Business Area Managed Services (BMAS) to plan and drive employee competence development with a focus on business-critical strategic learning solutions and building a learning culture. The BMAS Head of Learning is a member of BMAS HR Leadership Team, will report directly to the unit head of HR with a dotted line to the Head of Group function HR (GFHR) L&D. Responsibilities: As the successful candidate for this role your responsibilities will be to: Understand the business and analyze critical competence needs to ensure we are getting equipped for the future within AI, Machine learning, automation and leadership with high focus on ethics and empathy. Build Strategic Learning Plans with key leaders of the business and identify Strategic learning solutions, based on business demands, creating plans to be owned by the business, aligned with the strategy and updated on a continuous basis as the business evolves.Drive, oversee and at times design successful execution of the learning plans by working closely with and leveraging internal resources primarily from the GFHR L&D strategic programs team, the Ericsson Academy network and from approved vendors when appropriate.Create a clear employee/management awareness and demands on competence development and learning in BMAS and working together with the BMAS HR as one team to increase awareness and impacts of competence.Be the main interface between BMAS HR and GFHR L&D. This includes assisting in introducing new innovative learning solutions, infrastructure and technologies, implementing approved global learning solutions and leveraging global learning processes and methods and tools.Be an active, contributing member of the Global GFHR L&D leadership team to drive this function overall strategy and execution.Perform impact measurement and ratify inside the organization how reporting and feedback should be driven.Drive and contribute towards BMAS Targets and drive the competence part of the HR People Priorities for BMAS. Key Qualifications: Education: University Bachelor degree, Masters of Business degree is preferred.Strong analytical skills.Extensive experience in the field of Learning and Development, being involved in the learning as a business is an advantage.Proven Performance Consulting & change management skills/experience is a requirement including experience dealing with senior leaders to drive effective change and outcomes.Experience in the ICT market is preferred.High knowledge in how to develop and steer collaborative knowledge sharing.Significant understanding in how to use the entire required L&D infrastructure to enable scale and increase efficiency of learning.Proven experience and ability to lead and motivate successful teams in a matrix environment.Highly developed skills in both presenting and communication.Knowledge and understanding of market trends and confirmed practices.Project Management and Financial Acumen Skills. Typical Interface: LT, Senior and mid -level Managers of the organization, especially Business Stakeholders and competence drivers within the BA.Human Resources in all Business Areas as well as Group Functions and in Market Area.Ericsson Academy members in other parts of the business.GFHR L&D as well as GFHR L&D Global Operations. The leading operator in Managed Services globally Business Area Managed Services is a vital part of Ericsson 's offering to the market. The unit provides operations services, working with products from both Networks and Digital Services as well as multivendor services in both optimization and Managed Services. Business Area Managed Services is accountable for the Delivery Flows Operate and Optimize and in addition, will host the four Global Service Centres who will continue to cater for the country aspect of delivery capabilities.
