As we are currently building the organization within Nevs and growing fast, we need to strengthen our Communication & Public Affairs function with a person who can contribute to the company's internal communication, with intranet as one of the main tools.
We are now looking for a Head of intranet and web communications!
Description
The main responsibility of the Communication & Public Affairs Department, where you will be part of, covers: Corporate Communications, Internal Communication, Media Relations, Governmental and Public Affairs, and Investor Relations.
Today, we are a team of three skilled colleagues and you will be reporting directly to the Director of Communications & Public Affairs. You will be responsible for the mission to increase the value based and corporate oriented communication about Nevs.
As a member of the communication & PA department, you will be responsible for the continuous development of Nevs' intranet with close relationship with other business functions.
You will be mainly involved in any further development in both strategy & development and daily work such as inventing and publishing news, producing contents both in text and visually etc.
You will be responsible for continues improvement of intranet in different areas (visual interface design, optimizing the functionality etc.). You will also support the rest of the communication team in integrated communication, planning and development.
Main assignments & Responsibilities:
• Initiate, produce and publish reports and news contents for daily events - according to our information policy and the corporate values
• Co-operate with different departments to support the company's corporate communication
• Lead our internal team of communicator's
• Monitor user activities & feedbacks
• Providing solutions for Digital media assets
Qualifications:
• BSc or MSc in Communication, journalism, computer science or related areas
• 2 to 5 years' experience of managing intranets or other collaboration software tools
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and in English
• Basic knowledge in Photoshop and film-editing software
• Highly experienced with Office applications, including word-processing and presentation software
• Good understanding and experience working with Microsoft SharePoint
• Basic understanding of common web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of top level business strategies and organizational structure
To be successful in this role, you need to:
• Have the passion in writing, and able to produce various types of communication materials
• Be a quick learner and able to summarize and communication information from all business areas
• Basic knowledge in photographing and film-editing
• Understand brand based communication
• Be a flexible team player with ability to take extra miles and support in other Communication department projects and events
• Plan and prioritize as well as think and act proactively
• Be self-driven, creative and solution-oriented
• Be open minded and be able to adapt to new challenges and cultures
• Take responsibility for decisions and deliveries
• Have proven experience of leading projects

Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by IF Metall / Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
