Position: Head of Human Resources Northern & Central Europe

Preferred Location: Stockholm

Reporting to: Head of HR Market Area Europe and Latin America

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of HR Generalists and HR Business Partner in the Customer Unit
• End-to-end responsible for the execution of People Strategy and HR processes in the geographical dimension of Customer Unit (Hosted functions employees included)
• Ensure compliance between Country's Labor Law and Company's rules and regulations in the Customer Unit
• Responsible for Unions negotiations representing the Company's interests for the whole geographical dimension in the Customer Unit
• Secure adherence to laws and regulations regarding union/works council consultation in all labor matters and maintain industrial and employee relations
• Build capability for the unit's current and future needs and convert business needs into HR solutions
• Forecast talent needs and gaps, assess the workforce's current capabilities and address talent and competence gaps
• Provide expert advice and coaching to senior leaders and use business acumen skills to develop clear, actionable steps in business projects and HR deliveries
• Drive organizational and cultural change in the Customer Unit
• Deliver integrated high quality HR solutions to the business
• Secure compliance with global directives and policies
• Represent Ericsson at Universities, Career Fair and other sourcing events

Key Qualifications:

• A Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or related field is required
• 10+ years' experience in the HR functional area
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing people, including virtually and matrix
• Business acumen
• Proven experience of local labor relations, laws & regulations
• Strong communications skills, able to interface senior managers in a complex and dynamic environment
• Project Management Skills
• Effective team player
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes (e.g., workforce planning and talent management)
• Proven experience from Mergers & Acquisitions, Managed Services or other integration projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically powerpoint and excel
• Fluency in English
