The role

You will lead HR initiatives across the Nordic region, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team while fostering a people-first, customer-led culture. Your mission includes aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational growth, and leading transformation efforts in a complex, global environment. A core focus will be on labour relations, ensuring compliance through effective union collaboration while maintaining a strong workplace culture. You will also drive change management, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance HR efficiencies and leadership development. Operational excellence will be key as you oversee HR service delivery, ensuring streamlined, digitalized, and efficient processes for a seamless employee experience. Additionally, you will have direct leadership responsibility for a team of seven professionals, guiding and developing them to meet strategic business goals. Placement in this role will be in Stockholm and we offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing employees to work both remotely and from the office.

Shape and oversee labour relations, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
Drive organizational change, leading transformation efforts that align with strategic goals.
Develop and support leaders, reinforcing coaching and collaborative leadership styles.
Use data-driven insights to continuously refine HR processes and align them with business needs. and union collaboration to ensure compliance while cultivating a positive and productive workplace.
Champion change and transformation, guiding leaders and employees through key initiatives with confidence.
Support and develop leaders across the business, reinforcing coaching and collaborative leadership styles.
Leverage data-driven insights to inform HR strategies, continuously improving processes and aligning them with business needs.

Your profile

HR leadership experience in a large-scale, global environment, with expertise in business partnering, change management, and talent strategy.
Strong background in labour relations and union collaboration.
A data-driven mindset, using insights to inform HR decisions and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and influence at all levels.
Experience in matrixed organizations, balancing regional and global priorities, with a strong background in navigating complex organizations.
Fluency in English, with fluency in Swedish required and other Nordic language skills being a plus.
