To be true to our values and goals of growth, we have decided to build out our Customer Success Team and are looking to hire a Head of Customer Success.
As the Head of Customer Success, you will lead and grow the Customer Success function to ensure that all Volumental customers are set up for success through their onboarding, training and full customer life cycle with Volumental. At Volumental we believe a successful Customer Success experience will lead to sustained great customer usage of all our products and services, high customer satisfaction and ultimately drive revenue growth, for both our customers and for Volumental.
You and your team are the face and voice of Volumental towards our users, as our KAM's are for HQ contacts. Internally you play an important role in ensuring the voices of our users are heard so that we continuously maintain an exceptionally low churn rate and exceptionally high customer loyalty. As we scale you will own the tools, processes and people-needs it takes to deliver on this promise for all Volumental users and products.
What you will do when you join the CS team:
• Sett and drive the Volumental Customer Success strategy and roadmap including success metrics and key milestones aligned to Volumental's company goals and strategy
• Have managerial responsibilities for the members of the Customer Success team and the recruitment of additional members of the team
• Ensure that day to day responsibilities of the CS team are carried out efficiently and processes are continuously improved for both the recipients and Volumental team members
• Work together with New Sales and KAMs to meet Volumental's revenue goals by supporting leads and customers through the sell-in process, pilots and roll-outs as the experts on how to get the most value out of the Volumental solutions
• Act as Product Owner for the Volumental CS dashboard and continuously work to ensure we are using data to achieve our goals scalably and successfully following agile methodologies
• Continuously work in a collaborative cross-team environment to drive Volumental success together with, among others, Key Account Managers, Product Owners, Account Executives, Customer Support and Operations

Should a candidate prefer to meet in person at the final stages of recruitment, we take all necessary precautions to ensure everyone's safety.
Our entire company has been to a large degree working remotely during this period, and we are confident about maintaining a creative and efficient environment while away from the office! However, as we do hope to return to the office eventually, you will need to relocate to Stockholm for this role.
