hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Ethix Sri Advisors AB i Stockholm The Head of Client Service and Consultants for the Stockholm office is an expert on ISS? products and services, Proxy Research, Voting Operations, Governance Data and Analytics, and E&S tools and products. Responsibility is primarily to lead the efforts in introducing proxy services and governance data into our strong E&S client base as well as assist internally with the integration of ISS Ethix into the larger organization. This person should be an ambassador of our strong organizational culture and participate in projects related to streamlining workflow and operations within in the ISS functional teams worldwide. Train staff on internal applications and CRM tools for consistency in overall firm metrics and reporting. Incorporates setup and support of ISS? entire product suite, working closely with the sales team and keeping records up to date. In addition the Head of client service will have the responsibility for managing the service team in the Stockholm office.
The Client Service lead has in-depth knowledge of the Governance market and international best practices, geographical and cultural differences within markets and can support ISS? clients on a senior level discussing trends and requirements, understanding the different needs of different types of clients.
Main responsibilities
Direct responsibility of clients, which comprises:
• Provide subject matter expertise in the E&S area, and tier 1 and 2 support for ISS?s full product suite
• Monitor and ensure client satisfaction
• Own and manage client inquiry and issue resolution process, utilizing SalesForce.com and other internal tools
• Identify accounts at risk and create plans to ensure revenue and client retention
• Conduct calls/on-site visits with clients (health checks, training, delivery meetings, relationship planning and review)
• Encourage and facilitate meetings between clients and research analysts
• Proactively communicate and educate clients on key E&S matters
• Identify and communicate up-sell opportunities to sales team and participate in sales process
• Support ISS?s implementation team in ensuring the correct setup is applied (can make updates when required)
• Take active ownership of operational support for clients
• Assists in quality assuring specifically advanced client reports such as asset owner reporting
• Ensures and follows up with the relevant teams to make sure deliveries to clients are timely and accurate
Required Skills
• In-depth knowledge of ISS? products in the ES(G) space
• Expert knowledge on market trends in the ES(G) space
• Expert knowledge on client types and typical needs
• Expert knowledge on geographical differences in the ES(G) space
• Proactive attitude, innovative, motivated, client-oriented and commercially-aware thinker with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated project management skill ? define scope, resources and time lines and manage to deliverables
• Excellent organizational and verbal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
• A team player able to effectively manage the expectations of a diverse and demanding client base
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skill; ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
