In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Lead your team of Agile product owners (APO), product owners and specialists and be responsible for strategy and future roadmap for the Payments and Liquidity solutions towards corporate clients in Swedbank.
• You will play a leading role in evaluating market trends to review and refine product strategy and to support sales and client facing staff. Ensure that customer and business value is created through the services delivered.
• Align and prioritize development initiatives together with stakeholders in Corporate and Institutions, Swedish Banking and Channels & Technology.
• To work in an agile environment and close to Payments and Cash Managements agile release trains (ART).
• Business and technical responsibility for governance, compliance, and return on investment for the solutions developed and maintained by the Agile Release Train.
• Take own initiatives to continuous improvements and drive change.
• You will be a member of Payments Products & Operations management team.
What is needed in this role:
• Deep understanding of clients' needs based on combination of corporate and banking experience, and good grasp of market trends within transaction banking and corporate treasury.
• Ability to formulate a compelling vision, present a clear and motivating mission, and involve your team to make relevant and concrete actions out of it.
• Strong leadership skills and proven track record of coordinating a team of highly specialists towards our vision.
• Track record of product management and/or project management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management with experience in managing complexity and leading change in virtual team structures.
• Agile team management skills and if you have experience/certified SAFe licence it is an advantage.
• A prestige less and positive attitude, be a self-motivated team player, with logical thinking, multicultural understanding, and a dedication to deliver high quality.
• Ability to individually plan/structure work and to keep deadlines.
• Very good communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• A relevant University degree or equivalent.
