About the position
As a developer you play a vital role in our agile and transparent teams alongside business analysts and test engineers. You will participate in customer projects as well as internal product development projects. As a team-member you are expected to take on shared responsibility for project success, and work proactively to contribute to progress and improvements.
We believe that you are passionate about software development, especially design and development of graphical user interfaces, that is driven by business requirements and business understanding. Quality is important to you and you enjoy test-driven development and pair-programming within small, transparent and high performing teams.
Qualifications
• You should have a degree in computer science or similar.
• Excellent skill in Java development.
• Excellent skill in at least one GUI framework, eg. Swing or SWT.
• Experience from working with transaction-based systems, especially from the financial industry is considered an additional qualification.
• Knowledge of post trade management and the clearing and settlement cycle of financial instruments is considered an additional qualification.
