IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
The organizational environment
The work environment at Scania's IT department is international and our employees are representing many different nationalities and countries. The Department End user productivity aims to deliver services towards internal customers that are working in an office environment. The department has a global responsibility for many of our productivity services
The section Collaboration Services is a part of the End User Productivity department at IT. It consists of three groups with about 40 persons in total. The group that you would be responsible for - Communication and Collaboration - has the purpose to cater for a global communication, collaboration and productivity by providing modern and cost efficient services, like Office 365, telephony solutions and Web technologies. In this we meet cloud solutions everywhere. We know that just delivering technical services is not sufficient, thus we have also taken up Productivity Coaching, targeting to solve end user's and team's relevant use cases in order to unlock their performance.
We live a close cooperation with business. The group has a strong focus on helping end users to use the available workplace tools in an optimal way and to continuously develop the portfolio of services. All of this having the purpose to make Scania an attractive employer with an efficient and modern workplace, supporting an inspiring learning and engagement environment.
The team and the mission
As a Group Manager you will lead and support one of our three groups - Communication and Collaboration. The group responds the products around Office 365, like mail, skype, teams, sharepoint, onedrive, the office suite, but is also continuously learning and growing into advanced apps like powerBI, powerApps, or flow.
Needless to say - the members in the team care for and emphasize end user needs and qualitative onsite support and productivity coaching is highly prioritized.

You will also create preconditions for the team and enable development of innovative and cost efficient solutions and services which maximize business value. It is natural for you to create a business plan together with your organization and work on that with a clear focus. Furthermore, you have the courage to challenge existing ways of working and being creative in how you test these ideas.
You are a natural servant leader with a passion and understanding for agile culture and ways of working. Leading people through change is something you find both inspiring and rewarding. You have technical knowledge, a strong user centric mindset and are fascinated by how technology can unlock peoples productivity.
