hela Sverige As a group manager at ÅF Business Area South, you carry out leadership related tasks for your group; such as market and sales activities as well as customer relations.
You have clear responsibilities related to personnel and financials actively and contribute to the development of the section in terms of growth and employee engagement.
You will be part of the ÅF Business Area South Automation and report to the Business
Section Manager in Malmö.
The role contains:
• run performance and develop dialogues as well as salary discussions with employees
• participate in and manage customer dialogues
• produce offers and lead sales teams producing offers
• actively engage in market and business development activities for the section's core
markets.
• engage in projects as project manager or as part of steering group
• actively contribute in defining strategy and budget for the group and for delivering and following up on the same
• contribute in making forecasts and follow up on the financial result
The section that you will be a part of has at its core a successful fixed Price business within the segments energy and infrastructure. On top of this we have expertise within DCS which leads us to customers and projects in most other segments. We also run a well developed after sales / support business focusing on existing and new customers. In some cases we also work on the customer side as consultants / experts. Our business takes us to all parts of Sweden as well as abroad in some cases.
You will lead a highly experienced team with valuable knowledge in automation and the project business. It's not a challenge nor an opportunity - it is both!
We believe you have a strong drive to develop employees and customer relations. You have technical or financial education, a Bachelor or master's degree and several years' experience in sales / project management / consulting to industrial customers.

You are used to, and prefer to, work with others preferably in a leading role. Taking initiatives and being responsible also comes naturally to you.
