Job Description

As a Project Manager in the Go To Market function you will be a key player in H&M Sports commercial planning process. You will be setting up, leading and following up on the key commercial milestone meetings for the year. You will work with assortment, marketing and sales teams to prepare for the meetings and set clear understanding of the 6W's. In your role you will have a helicopter view of the full years calendar and play a key part in ensuring information and collaboration between the functions and central Lifestyle BU. Key Responsibilities
Set, plan and drive the milestone meetings through the year together with commercial and assortment teams
Drive the necessary follow ups and (if necessary) additional meetings for executing the commercial plan
Set, review and update Sports Commercial Plan that is determined with Head of GTM and head of Marketing together with the marketing planner in Lifestyle BU
Using the Why, Who, What, How, Where, When of each campaign you will support all functions working towards a maximum effect of each campaign and collection.
Work on assignment briefs, based on commercial milestone meetings, customer insights and visual goals and deliver them in time for Lifestyle BU and H&M Sport marketing team for creative briefs.
Work with assortment and GTM teams and ensure a 360 commercial brief for each major campaign.
Secure that each 6W brief is updated and aligned across all functions up until execution
Also when needed support head of GTM with projects and initiatives that are needed for the GTM process

Qualifications

Experience working in global or local functions within Marketing, Brand or Sales.
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Enjoy seeing how things work together, the patterns and the connections, and set the stage for decisions that involve many factors and a variety of elements.
Thrive in collaboration and working in cross-functional environments
Share a common passion for Sport and to get everybody moving!
