Here is your opportunity to contribute
In this role, you are a part of a brand new global team. You are one of six team members, reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, and part of a global HR team. Your team members are TA Partners and a Coordinator. We are now also hiring your TA team members, so you will all be an important part of implementing our TA strategy.
We will count on you and your strategic capabilities and multiple years of experience within international tech recruitment, to structure and drive successful TA programs in various markets including Europe, North America, and Asia.
With the responsibility of end to end recruitment, you are the strategic partner to hiring managers globally. We believe you are data-driven in your approach and thrive when you can use data to guide the way. You feel comfortable navigating in an international organization at all levels, to ensure high quality results and harmonized processes across all business areas and countries.
The project will run for at least 12 months, so this is initially a temporary position (12 months).
Responsibilities
• Responsible for end to end in the recruitment process and to create, drive and coordinate global recruitment activities to establish a structured talent acquisition process
• Being a strategic partner and a single point of contact for managers in recruitment planning and processes
• Use market data to build a visual representation of the market landscape and use it to influence important recommendations regarding the search and the development of talent pipelines
• Responsible for identifying gaps and future recruitment trends
• Providing senior stakeholders with data and progress reports on a continuous basis
• Lead and participate in related HR projects and activities
• Global remit to represent People & Organizational Development in these activities, always in line with Elekta's Code of Conduct, Values, Policies, and ethical standards
Requirements
• Experience in international tech recruitment
• Experience in senior stakeholder management and strong communication and networking skills
• Project management, including tracking and analyzing data
• Experience of a large multinational organization with process complexity
• Ideally (but not mandatory), you have global experience and a keen understanding of what TA looks like in different cultures and markets
• Fluent in English and ability to communicate on a business level
