Genovis offer innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. The Global Product Manager is responsible for the Product Lifecycle within a specific Business Area.
The main function will include but not limited to the following activities:
• Be involved in setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
o Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships.
o Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.
o Analyze product requirements, including relevant application work and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're met together with R&D and/or Business Development within the Green House Process.
o Secure we have the right pricing strategy for our products throughout the Product Lifecycle
• Select, Attend and Represent Genovis at relevant Scientific conferences with the right support material, including Posters and Application work.
• Be part of the Scientific Support process
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• A scientific background and knowledge of the biopharma industry with emphasis on analytics of protein and antibody-based biopharmaceuticals.
• An advantage but not a must with experience of LC-MS analytical techniques.
• Experience with business relations, marketing or sales will be a great asset to excel in this position.
• Genovis has a flat organization where individuals value the ability to work together in teams in close collaborations why collaborative, constructive communication is a must.
Preferred Skills
• PhD or MSc in Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or other area of the Life Sciences
• Experience with analytical workflows for analysis of proteins, ideally LC-MS
• Experience in sales and marketing of Life science products
• International experience from our biggest market US
• Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical development
• Autonomous, initiative-taking and result-oriented personality
• Language: Local Language and English

Computer skills; Word, Excel including Pivot, Power Point, Outlook, Sharepoint and Salesforce
