Supply Chain and Product Development and are responsible for Production, Sourcing, Logistic, Product Development and the Rental operation.
Product Development is responsible for executing the product road maps while Rental Operation is responsible for the hygiene centers around the world, the asset and inventory management etc.

This is an exciting new role where you will have varied tasks within the finance area and have an opportunity to be a part of building models to improve the way of working. Located at the global HQ you will be close to major stakeholders and management of the organization. This role will be a part of our Supply chain and Operations team.

You will be responsible for supporting the line organization in controlling the cost for our activities in rental operations and product development. These are located in locations all over the world and this position will make sure that we are using the resources in the most effective way.

In this position your following responsibilities and tasks will be:

• Ensuring accurate financial and operational reporting of costs at a country level to consolidate centrally for functional reporting.
• Ensuring the centers is managed as efficiently as possible in terms of costs
• Ensuring that product development and rental operations in each country is reporting to same defined standard and definitions.
• Maintaining balance sheet accuracy at a country and central level with regards to rental fleet.
• Ensure that the project reporting is done and correct
• Ensure correct capitalization and amortization
• Assist and prepare period financial reporting and yearly budget planning.
• Support in BC calculation

The position will require international travel of approx. 20 days per year.

In this position you will be placed at the ArjoHuntleigh Headquarter in Malmö.

We believe that the right candidate has:

• Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of business operations work experience in finance
• Experience performing business-related analyses and communicating results to management
• High level of proficiency with MS Excel; proficiency with other Windows-based applications
• Previous experience of rental / product development would be beneficial but not necessarily essential
• Knowledge of SAP & M3 ERP platforms would be beneficial

The successful Global Product Development and Rental Operation Controller is likely to be energetic, analytic, structured yet agile person who likes solving problems with a creative touch. You knows routine work is an essential part of your job but you also have a will to continuously make things more effective and to be part of building something new. You will be supporting management and therefore you need to have good communication skills and ability to state your opinion in your area of expertise. You are described as an influential person who can easily make decisions together with co-workers and stakeholders in your organization. Integrity, good judgement and the ability to work independently is also important to be the right person for this role.
