This means that People & Culture (P&C) and our ways of working need to transform as well, to both contribute to, and be a part of this evolution. P&C is evolving to prepare for future challenges - a transport industry presenting new technologies and new business models. A prerequisite for Scania to be successful in the transformation is strong and business-driven HR.
After launching the SAP SuccessFactors suite in October 2023, People & Culture's global 2nd line support team was established. The team provides HR Process and System support to Levels 1 Support teams.
We're looking for a passionate SuccessFactors professional to join our team and be part of shaping the future of HR at Scania.
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing global organizational administration in SAP SuccessFactors. You'll work closely with colleagues across different levels of support, ensuring a seamless experience for end users while maintaining a high level of service and support. This team will succeed by you who are engaged and passionate for HR, customer support, continuous improvement and a champion global HR practice.
Within this Global 2nd line support team there is a smaller group of 3 Global HR administrators and will now increase to 4. English is our daily language both internal our team and to our HR colleagues globally. The manager of this team is usually described as a transparent, positive and engaged leader where the expectations are clear but also highlighting the importance of having fun and sharing knowledge and workload in the team. A leadership characterized by coaching, inspire to take own responsibility and develop the individuals but also as a team.
Main responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze and handle incoming tickets related to position and organizational management in SAP SuccessFactors throughout the employment cycle.
System adjustments and system maintenance, e.g., data migration and mass data uploads in SAP SuccessFactors.
Data formatting, loading and validating in SAP SuccessFactors
Small configuration changes in SAP SuccessFactors
Participate in projects and improvement initiatives
Proactively plan and execute training and give advice in SuccessFactors to colleagues
Spend time and focus on developing knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures to ensure your own work adheres to those standards


Who are you?
We're looking for you with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) professional with minimum two years' experience in Employee Central system administration, and holds a up-to-date Employee Central Certification. Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications would be beneficial but not essential. Ideal candidates will thrive in a service-oriented role, preferably with prior involvement in multinational organizations. We seek individuals who bring a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional end-user experiences.
Key attributes
We value include the ability to articulate and guide HR administrative processes in a coaching manner to foster understanding among clients. Additionally, embracing a fundamental understanding of customer operations to deliver customized and high-quality service is crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in English, are essential.

You must be based in European Union with appropriate right to work. Location for this position is either at Scania's Headquarter office in Södertälje, Sweden or remote with occasional travel to Södertälje, Sweden.
