But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a Global Field Service Manager reporting to Global Service Operations. So, what are you going to do today?

Who you are
Global Service Operations is a team that is supporting our Sales Companies around the globe to improve the customers experience with us. Currently we have Service Centres in 72 locations and more than 600 Field Service Engineers globally located close to our customers.
About the job: We are looking for a Global Field Service Manager with a passion for Service.In this position you will work with our Sales Companies around the globe to assess and analyze the current situation, support and further professionalize our Field service organizations. This requires cooperation skills as well as a strong drive to implement change within the company.
Your main tasks:You are responsible for capability and safety in our Field Service organizations together with the current Global Field Service Manager. You define and continuously improve processes, equipment & tools and drive competence development and new technologies together with colleagues from Global Service and our central product organizations. You create an action plan for implementation in our Sales Companies around the globe and follow up to achieve sustainability.
Who are you?You are a service and customer minded person with industrial service experience and preferably a university degree in engineering or maintenance. 5-10 years work experience in Service is mandatory. Experience from change management as well as managing field service organizations would be valued.
You have a good level of business understanding, commercial drive and analytical experience. You should have a natural capacity for networking and a social capability to make good connections with the team and throughout the Alfa Laval organization. You are structured and can enjoy a high variety of tasks in a rapidly changing and growing work environment.
Travelling is a natural part of this position (40-60 days per year) and the work includes many international contacts. You should be able to use English as a working language, spoken and written, fluently. This position is preferable located in Lund.
