Welcome to Husqvarna and a world of innovations. We are now looking for Global Customer Service Manager within Global Planning & Inventory Management, Husqvarna Forest & Garden. You will have a chance to play a pivotal role in overseeing the interface between our factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. In the role you have experience, from working in the retail industry to meet the future of the Husqvarna strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure availability of orders, and together with the team build processes to meet and to work to get the highest score in customer satisfaction on a global scale.
You will together with the team operationally manage the order and forecast processes. Additionally, you will oversee that Husqvarna follow regulations and other important rules to follow in the clearance procedures when exporting goods outside EU, but you do also know what is needed in the shipping process within EU.
In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of Husqvarna's operations and supply chain setup. While you work independently, you will responsible and a part of two teams within Order Management where you will work together in collaboration with the other leader and you will work closely with the other managers within Global Planning & Inventory Management. Areas of Responsibility:
In this role, you will oversee the entire order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and the efficient coordination of international shipments. You will lead the team in handling inquiries from Sales and Customers, making sure they receive precise and reliable information.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with sales companies and distributors worldwide will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that their evolving business needs are met. You will also supervise delivery monitoring, providing stakeholders with relevant updates to keep operations running smoothly.
Your analytical skills will come into play as you generate and review customer reports, such as open order reports, to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will manage customer claims and returns, driving continuous improvements based on feedback to enhance organizational efficiency.
Compliance is crucial, and you will ensure that all transportation documentation and export processes adhere to customs regulations. You will also play a key role in training and supporting Sales teams on processes, forecasting, and IT tools related to order management.
A strong focus on continuous improvement is essential in this role. You will actively drive enhancements within the order management process, identifying and implementing best practices both within the team and in collaboration with other stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:
Leadership experience from similar role working with B2B.
University degree in logistics or relevant work experience in a similar area.
Experience from being an active part in suggesting driving continuous improvement projects.
Fluent in English and Swedish, positive with more languages both written and spoken (group policy is to use English spoken and written).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office package and a strong understanding of other IT systems and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a sales or customer care environment.
Experience from working with customers in different setups within retail industry.
Proven track record of driving change initiatives within quality, claims, and other processes.
Knowledge of commercial trading terms and Incoterms.
Skilled in working with numbers and financial impact, with the ability to analyze and drive improvements, and a strong understanding of export.
Previous experience liaising with freight forwarding companies.
Solid understanding of international customs regulations, including HS codes and other key compliance aspects.

Location:
The position is based in Huskvarna, with interactions with people from around the world. Husqvarna offers a hybrid working model, where minimum three days a week is spent with your team at the office.
