By sharing knowledge, capture synergies and identifying best practices, your work truly makes a different for us.Your missionAs Global Compliance Manager, you ensure a business that is compliant with the laws, procedures and policies of data privacy and GDPR. Your work consists of managing and developing our Privacy Compliance Program and of advising the organization with your expertise - all depending on the changing needs within our business. You review and assess where personal data is collected, processed and transferred and you ensure that our local processes follow the given guidelines, while at the same time proactively prevent compliance risks. Through communication, training and hands-on assistance, you create a strong awareness of the importance of data privacy and make sure that we are well equipped for managing the processing of personal data that falls under the rules of GDPR.Your character You have a law degree and at least five years of experience from working at a reputable business law firm or an inhouse legal/compliance organization. Expert knowledge of GDPR and practical experience from the field of data protection is required, as is proficient project management skills. With a strategic outlook and an independent working style, you find your way in our global environment, and we also value your previous experience of working with risk management. Having a digital interest, you navigate and understand different IT systems, and you are fluent in English, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.Your personality is key to our success! You are committed to the area of data privacy and know how to translate your knowledge and experience into business advantages. Balancing small details with the bigger picture is an important feature of your character, as is taking new initiatives and dealing with unexpected challenges.
