Dina arbetsuppgifter
The role incumbent will be managing a large Global Telecom Account at Wipro Technologies, as Global Client Partner and General Manager with full responsibly for revenues and P&L. This is also a role with responsibility for Business development, account mining, customer satisfaction, account strategy, account mapping, responding to RFXs, enhancing value to the customer. He or She will lead negotiations and contract structuring by successfully leading pricing negotiations, multi-year contract structuring and restructuring/refinement processes. This is a key management position that requires a deep understanding of a Global IT organizational structure in the Outsourcing business, its work ethos, culture, business excellence frameworks, best practices, value propositions and strategic and business outlook to execute the deliverables. The roles includes Direct Customer engagement experience in large multi-million outsourcing engagements/large deal Globally . Ability to manage and grow revenue within existing accounts . Experience of sales cycle for IT services across the Manufacturing industry in Nordics for at least 5 years; . Experience in IT services across services lines such as Business/IT consulting, System Integration services, Application development and maintenance services, IT Consulting and architecting, Testing, BPO, Infrastructure services & Product Engineering Services;

Ability to own the complete end to end Bid Management process of at least EUR 10-20 million deal size; . Prior experience of having dealt with output based services and having sold deals on core IT platforms is important; . Good understanding of the Onsite-Offshore model to deliver high end Quality IT services, as well as developed C-Level/Board Room contacts and experience in presentations at these levels . Ability to demonstrate evidence of strong relationships with key Business and Information managers, CXO layers; . Effective IT Services selling skills with an ability to leverage Multiple Service Lines to develop and deliver solutions for customers; . Ability to demonstrate a persevering and customer oriented approach with commercial and business acumen. . Solid communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong market knowledge of IT industry and trends. . Experience of managing a deal P&L and commercial structuring.

You will be expected to meet Revenue and Order Book targets as defined, achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms. Role Function . Building relationships within assigned account(s) and leverage/extend existing business/IT Relationships. . Positioning Wipro's capability in front of key stakeholders. Drive Wipro's IT Services footprint within assigned account(s) .Working with Delivery teams in verticals to generate Proposals and Bid Responses . Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery/service quality norms. . Building credibility and relationships and gain market share within the target account. Person Profile. Highly adaptable with strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with drive and a natural hunger to succeed. . Bachelor's Degree qualified . Self-sufficient, Motivated. Ability to work in amatrixed organisation
