German Speaking agent to Underwriting Support
Nordax is a leading niche bank in the Nordic region providing unsecured consumer loans and deposit accounts to about 100 000 customers in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Germany. Job description
Your tasks will consist of supplementing loan applications by calling our German customers to receive the complementary information we need for the decision making. You will also work administratively to check the incoming German documents in connection with the loan application. The communication with customers is mainly done over the telephone.
We are looking for a candidate who:
• Is fluent in German and English, both written and oral
• Has experience from customer service and likes to communicate over telephone
• Has a degree from upper secondary school
• Is a team player but also used to working independently
• Is accurate and goal oriented
• Has good computer skills and is not afraid of new programs or systems
Since we are a growing company, it is important that you are flexible and open to changes and new tasks.
This is a full time position with working hours 11:30am to 8:00pm.
