We are looking for a Fulfilment Coordinator for one year temp contractto join our team. This role will involve servicing our customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive their Oatsome products seamlessly.
In this role, you'll play a valuable role in managing customer orders and working closely with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service. Here's what you can expect in the day-to-day:
• Be responsible for order management, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, in the right amount to the right place and with an all-time high service.
• Keeping in daily contact with customers regarding the status of their orders to provide world-class service.
• Keeping track of stock balances and having daily contact with 3PL.
• Developing close collaboration with internal stakeholders in the Supply Chain such as Planning, Logistics, Quality and Sales, but also finance.
• Handling customer complaints and processing claims and credit notes.
• Be responsible for keeping processes and work instructions within the area of responsibility up to date.
• Follow up and contribute to strategic goals.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
You've read about the role and now your imagination is flying at full speed. Here are the qualities we're looking for... do you recognize them in yourself?
You have experience within Supply Chain Operations, preferably with customer service and Order fulfilment management.
You understand how to handle customer claims with a sharp and on-point service level.
You're experienced in ERP-environments - preferably Dynamics D365.
You know your way in MS Office and have magical Excel skills.
Fluent in both German and English, verbal and written.
For this temporary position, it is okay to have a hybrid setup where you can work from home but still be at the office a few times a month.
It would be extra awesome if you can speak and write fluently in Polish, it is not a must but always a plus have other language skills.
