Job Summary
Act as an authority within Ericsson in commercial matters to secure long and short-term profitable business for Ericsson. Partner with accounts to define commercial strategies, handle negotiations and take commercial decisions. Develop/enhance new Business Models and commercial strategies to enable future revenues and margins.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Develop and maintain relationship
Participate in Commercial customer negotiations
Support Key Account Managers in defining Commercial Proposal Strategy
Maintain interface toward specific Customer Department
Provide in defining Commercial Proposal Strategy
Secure profitable sales
Ensure and align commercial proposals and Sales Process with global guidelines
Provide input to commercial strategy with Commercial awareness
Manage Commercial Management resources to secure short and long term profitability through excellence in commercial management owned Domain
Development and deployment of price/business models
Deploy price and business models
Develop commercial directives
Drive commercial management excellence
Analyze commercial trends and market dynamics with commercial focus
Prepare and Present commercial trends and reports
Advice, manage and guide commercial management functions

The GCU function within Ericsson Commercial Management is the one-stop shop towards GCUs for commercial:
Change of improvement of WoW
Inform, support and drive ECM strategies and programs
Promote best practice sharing and re-use
Analyse and benchmark
Improvement of Sales Process, Tools etc
Support and lead commercial projects/negotiations
Support with any commercial issues
Value-driven argumentation
Qualifications
Experience:
Management experience
GCU experience
Negotiation experience
Strategy experience
Competence/skills:
Strong business focus
Establishes negotiations skills
Excellent social skills
Ability to create and manage virtual teams of different competences to achieve targ
Creative and result oriented and able to work under pressure
Legal and financial knowledge is a benefit
Highly developed communication skills
Strong culture awareness and excellent language skills to enable strong global interaction with customer and GCU
