Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2020 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for 2 years connected to your specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world! And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

We are recruiting Two Future Talents to join our global Supplier Management (SuM) Organisation. You could either join as Sourcing Analyst or Supplier Development Engineer within two different organisations under the "SuM umbrella". The Supplier Management organisation is responsible to contract qualitative and cost-effective suppliers within all various of areas supplying all parts of Tetra Pak's businesses.
As Future Talent - Sourcing Analyst you will join our Corporate Services & Logistics team sitting in Supplier Management organization. This is a central team driving Sourcing & Contracting projects, Supplier Negotiations and developing Category Strategies together with key stakeholders and in-line with our company strategy. Your focus will be to drive sourcing activities, spend analysis, supplier mapping, support negotiations and provide value to category management with focus on the Logistics Categories.
As Future Talent - Supplier Development Engineer you will join our Supplier Quality Team sitting in The Finance, Supplier Management & Business Transformation organisation within SuM. This is a central and cross-functional Team driving Supplier Development and Supplier Quality Assurance. Your focus will be to drive the quality agenda for our suppliers, quality development projects and investigate minimum requirements among all our suppliers. Your work will be both proactive and preventive, with possibility to direct affect our business.
We hope that you both develop into two important Supplier Management leader for our organization.
Who you are

You enjoy problem solving and have the ability to engage others with your ideas. Your approach is humble and collaborative, you like working in an international environment with different people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are business oriented and of course passionate about what you about the area of supplier management and supplier quality development.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's in engineering / Economics and Master's within Business Management / Logistics / Quality or similar. Preferably a mix between Engineering and Management/Economics.
• You have finished your Master's in 2019 or will finish your Master's spring 2020 (newly graduate)
• Skills in Excel, PowerBI, Lean Six Sigma, Quality, Logistics, Software Knowledge is considered a merit.
• You possibly have maximum of one-year relevant experience Supplier Management.
• You're fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably on a professional level of English.
• This Programme requires that you are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during rotations internally.
• Previous international studies/experience is considered as a merit in this recruitment.
