Som fritidspedagog förväntas du ha fritidsledarutbildning eller annan utbildning som bedöms likvärdig. Erfarenhet av barn i behov av särskilt stöd meriteras. Som fritidspedagog hos oss förväntas du bemöta elever, föräldrar och medarbetare på ett respektfullt sätt. På grund av vår internationella profil så förväntas du kunna använda både svenska och engelska. Vi förväntar oss att du är professionell, engagerad och att du kan jobba bra med andra samt bidra till ett positivt samarbetsklimat. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och det är en fördel om du trivs med att arbeta utomhus.
As an educare instructor, you are expected to have an undergraduate education or other education deemed equivalent. Experience of children in need of special support is encouraged. As a leisure instructor with us, you are expected to respond with respect to students, parents and employees. Due to our international profile, you are expected to be able to use both Swedish and English. We expect you to be professional, committed and working well with others as well as contributing to a positive collaboration environment. We attach great importance to personal suitability and it is an advantage if you enjoy outdoor work.
