• Initiate, develop and negotiate strategic partnerships via telephone with approximately 50 schools and universities in France with the aim of promoting our global annual survey, and of helping students and graduates find their best matched careers opportunities and employers.
• Find new business opportunities and work towards French companies' HR departments to promote our solutions and services
• Content creation and marketing: You will develop content to attract traffic through emails, newsletters, social media, blogs, etc.
• Content broadcasting: Through social media and PR.
• Event management: You will support the organization of two events in Paris. The first at end of September and the second at the beginning of March.

• Sales-driven and target-focused with a willingness to consistently go above and beyond to achieve results

• Confident with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• A great relationship builder with strong communication skills
• Passionate about tech and have knowledge about social media and community management
• Familiar with employer branding and inbound marketing, in order to create quality content
• Interested in our areas of expertise
We expect you to have:
• A university degree; minimum Bachelor's degree
• Native level of spoken and written French, and fluent in English
• Proven experience in sales and account management and/or digital media buying is a plus
Since 2002, Potentialpark has been providing professional market research and consulting services with the aim to improve the communication between talent and employers. In France, we work with international top employers like L'Oréal, AXA, Pernod-Ricard or Carrefour.

• A paid full-time internship for 6 months in an international, growing organization, with the possibility of promotion into the Sales team as Key Account Manager for France
