hela Sverige IKEA Kållered is now looking for employees with forklift experience to join our Customer Fulfilment team (Logistics). The contract size for this permanent position is 25h/week.
We are looking for someone who is efficient, initiative-taking and determined. You have a lot of energy, are always close to laughter and thrive best when the pace is high. You are both strong and enduring, and don't mind getting sweaty at work! At the same time as you take great responsibility for learning new things to quickly become self-sufficient, you are a master at collaborating. A forklift license and driving experience, preferably 1-2 years of experience, is a strong merit, and you must have turned 18 no later than October 2024 to be considered for this position.
A day in your life with us
At IKEA Kållered's Customer Fulfilment function (Logistics), we are a great group of people who work together, with the aim of making the day the best for both our customers and for each other.
At 05:15 we open the gates on the loading dock to start unloading goods. We handle our goods in our daily operations by replenishing goods, picking customer orders, driving forklifts and more. Your task, together with your fantastic colleagues, is to ensure that the goods are available to our customers in a safe and efficient manner. The position places high demands on accuracy, responsibility and the ability to change pace.
Our scheduled working hours vary between 05:15-20:30. A prerequisite is that you enjoy working early in the morning as well as day and evening, and that you need to be able to get to and from IKEA Kållered during these hours, weekdays and weekends. Please note that it is not always possible to travel by public transport for the start at 05:15 on weekends.

The positions are permanent positions of 25h/week including 6 months probationary period. Start as soon as agreed. The working hours are scheduled and vary between 05:15-20:30. You work both on weekdays, every other weekend, daytime and evenings.
