hela Sverige The Conventional Facilities Division (CF) at the European Spallation Source (ESS) in Lund, Sweden, invites applications for an FM Installation Engineer.
Job description and responsibilities:
You together with the team will be responsible for maintaining the conventional installation systems at the completed buildings at the ESS site.
As Facility Manager Installation Engineer you will:
• Structure, organize and set up routines for installation, operation and maintenance within your responsibilities, mainly HVAC and building management systems
• Participate in the strategic work in procurement of installation service contracts as well as maintaining existing service contracts
• Continuously developing the installation systems
• Have a close cooperation with users of the ESS facility
• Responsible for budget and forecast work within your responsibilities
• Establish and maintain necessary framework agreements to ensure long-term availability of resources needed to operate the building maintenance within ESS
Required qualifications:
To be successful in this position we believe you have a solid experience of facility management in an industrial environment. You have very good skills in setting up routines. You are communicative and good at building and maintaining constructive relationships with both internal and external partners.
You have a background in HVAC systems and preferably also building management systems. Experience from asset management systems is desirable.
The working language is English, and therefore excellent skills in English is a requirement. A well-developed ability for both collaborative and independent work is expected.

Duration & Location?
The position is permanent with six months initial probationary period. Your work place will be situated in Lund, Sweden.
