Bravura is on behalf of our client looking for a talented and driven Financial Accountant. The client is an international company that is at the forefront of developing leading-edge gaming technology. The client is part of one of the world's most successful gaming companies. Together they have over 2000 employees working across every continent, and offer the customers a diverse portfolio of products that extends from electronic gaming machines to complete gaming solutions, including systems, services, electronic tables, and ancillary equipment. There are around 80 employees working at the Stockholm office, which is located in Marievik, Liljeholmen. This position offers you a broad and challenging role with good possibilities to grow and take on further responsibilities.
As a Financial Accountant you will be part of the Finance Department and work together with the Head of Finance and the Financial Assistant/Controller. Since the company have a high intensity in reporting you will be responsible for performing month end reconciliations, do month end closing entries on departments and projects and be responsible for all accruals being correct estimated and followed up and that the reporting package is correctly updated.

You will also be securing that revenue accruals being made on time in line with on-going activities as well as released on time and in conjunction with Head of Finance. You will make correct WIP (Work in Process) accruals and cost recognition on revenue projects. You will also do run rate and account analysis on an ongoing basis and being the head master of managing cost control and improving certain processes internally.
In this position you will be responsible for handling Time Management which includes securing the time report flow and making sure the time reports are submitted in time and booked correctly. You will work intensively with the financial management system Agresso and be the key resource for keeping the system up to date. You will also provide expertise in accounting and financial reporting as well as support the organization in financial related questions, be a key resource during any audit and be the strategic partner and provider of decision based financial and operational information to Head of Finance. More responsibilities can be added to the role depending on interest and there are several areas where you can take the role as project manager in order to deliver change and results.

Kvalifikationer
To be qualified for this position you should have a degree in Finance or Business Administration. We think that you have around 5 years of experience as an audit accountant or 5-10 years as financial accountant or controller and have good knowledge in IFRS. You are used to work in an international environment and are fluent in English, both in writing and spoken. You have previously been working in one of the bigger Business Systems, preferably in Agresso. Previous experience of working with project management is desirable.
We think that you are an engaged, ambitious and self-driven person who strives to improve. You are problem solving oriented and have a can do attitude. You work in a structured manner and should have the ability to present your results in a visual and pedagogic way. Since you will be working closely with your team members, as well as with other divisions in the company, you need to have a good social skill and have a prestigeless attitude.
