Role & Function
The IPT Financial Controller is the finance lead for the Integrated Program Team (IPT) and a key
business partner to the Program Director, Program Managers and the Finance Director. You, as the
Financial Controller, have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing
and controlling all financial related activities for the Space programs and its respective contracts. You
will drive financial performance through high quality decision support and FP&A, including overall
P&L, sales and margin management, as well as close control over working capital. As IPT Financial
Controller for the Launcher Engines program, you will be part of a dedicated team working close to
the customer with different business models relating to the Ariane Launcher family as well as the
future development programs.
Key Accountabilities
• Delivering program level results by building a successful network, driving its performance and
leveraging best practice
• Delivering program results by contributing financial and accounting insight, analysis, and
recommendations
• Implementing strategies by evaluating trends, implementing critical measurements,
designing systems, accumulating resources, resolving problems, implementing change.
• Developing the organisation by identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction,
and systems enhancement.
• Developing financial strategies by forecasting cash (particularly working capital) and resource
requirements, identifying monetary resources, developing and implementing action plans.
• Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of variances.

• Excels in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, pricing, business analytics and reporting
• Strong analytical skills

• Connects and builds strong relationships with others, demonstrates emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly, collaboratively and persuasively
• Clear understanding of relevant technical accounting framework
• Strong ability to communicate in both Swedish & English, verbally and in writing.
