Most people suffer from mental health problems at some point in their lives. Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and one doctor with the vision to enable a world with better mental health. Since then, we have helped thousands of people to meet a psychologist via our app, having more than 300 accredited psychologists working for us. In Sweden, Mindler is already now the leading provider of access to licensed psychologists and evidence based treatment methods, through safe technology e.g. video meetings.

What would you be working with?
Mindler is on a very exciting journey and is growing both in current markets and new markets. We are now looking to strengthen our Finance team with a Financial Controller. As the Financial Controller you will be working closely with the CFO and be involved in the group consolidations and play a vital role in proactively developing external reporting to excellence in efficiency and effectiveness.
You will be involved from the start to build up the finance team in all markets.
The person we are looking for
• Analytical and thorough with high attention to details.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and welcomes change.
• Self-starter with a solutions driven approach.
• Full professional proficiency in English, verbal and writing. Additional language skills are a strong merit.
The experience we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or other relevant field.
• +3 years work experience within accounting. Preferably with experience in a fast growing start-up/scale-up.
• Broad knowledge of financial and business principles and processes.
• Ability to create forecasts and consolidation.
• High skills proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with NetSuite.
• Experience in different types of accounting software, such as Fortnox and Exact online.
• Experience in group consolidation
• Experience in local GAAP and IFRS. (US GAAP is a plus).
