hela Sverige Linear & Actuation Technologies (L&AT) is a stand-alone Business Unit in SKF. Operations include manufacturing and sales of Linear Motion and Actuation solutions used in Industrial Automation, Medical Applications and a wide range of other industries. The L&AT Business Unit comprise of 7 factories and 14 sales units. External net Sales is approximately 2 BSEK and no of employees approximately 1200 people.
The L&AT Business Unit is establishing a central Finance team in Gothenburg supporting operations in Sweden, Finland, Netherlands and the UK.
We are now looking for a Financial Accountant to SKF Linear and Actuation Technology
The Accountant will be responsible for above mentioned units.
Responsibilities
• Account reconciliation and analyses
• VAT and corporate taxes
• Monthly reporting
• Coordination of internal/external audits
• Internal/external reporting at month/year end
• Preparation of balance sheet, P&L statements and other Ad Hoc reports
• AP/AR and related treasury activities
• Develop and maintain processes and routines together with our outsourcing partner
• Compliance with SKF accounting rules
Experience and Competencies
• Bachelor degree in finance or similar related field or equivalent working experience
• ERP experience
• Good knowledge in M3/Movex
• IFRS and general accounting principles
• Analytical and interpersonal skills, daily communication with different cultures and levels/stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, including task coordination and decision making, as well as in a team environment

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden.
The position holder will report to the Finance Manager SKF Motion Technologies AB.
