Poolia is recruiting a business-oriented and proactive Finance Manager with strong leadership skills to Heras Nordic. The position is full-time and is based in Helsingborg.

You are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment.

The Finance Manager will support the local management team by having a comprehensive knowledge of key issues across the respective businesses. You will follow up the planning and control cycle focusing on performance, working capital, cash, portfolio etc.

You will have a strong liaison with CRH Europe Finance in relation to all management and financial reporting matters.

The Finance Manager works closely with the local management team (Country Sales manager, Marketing manager and Purchasing manager), Swedish District managers and the Country Sales manager in Norway regarding sharing best practice, knowledge and supporting them in their business decisions.

You will also drive and contribute to change of mind-set and further improvements according to CRH's standards.

The Finance Manager leads a team of 6 employees in Finance based in Helsingborg and at the production site in Ystad.

The job includes travelling to the different districts in Sweden, Oslo, Ystad and, occasionally, to Heras and CRH head offices (mainly Netherlands).

The position reports to the Finance Director of the Heras Group based in the Netherlands.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, probably with a major in Controlling, Finance or Accounting.

We believe you at least have 5 years of experience in a similar role with responsibility for a business of minimum 20 Million Euros turnover

Fluency in speaking and writing English and Swedish is a prerequisite for the position. You also have excellent communication skills.

You are an experienced user of Excel and it is an advantage if you have experience from project management in IT/IS.

You have advanced knowledge of reporting, budgeting and forecasting process and you have previously demonstrated the ability to analyze and validate financial and performance data.

It is important that you have strong leadership skills and that you want to steer and motivate the finance team consisting of 6 employees in a changing environment.

You also have a proven ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in an effective manner.

The position requires solid knowledge in Accounting and experience in local corporate governance issues.

To be successful as Finance Manager you drive for results and for continuous improvement, i.e. that you have an eye for improving processes and working methods. You also combine a strong attention to detail with strong analytical skills. You are a team player, but self-confident and self-reliable.
