This position is based at their office at Fagerstagatan 5, in Spånga (Stockholm area).

The role:

We are looking for a driven and hands-on finance professional to execute the senior accounting, closing, reporting and invoicing functions for our Norwegian entity. You will oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management and forecasting, while also supporting business analysis, sustainability reporting and compliance tasks.

Working closely with colleagues in Stockholm and our head office in Lugano, you will play a key role in securing high-quality financial reporting and smooth operations in a dynamic, international matrix environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring timely and correct day-to-day accounting, customer invoicing, accounts receivables collections, accounts payables processing and cash planning
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statements according to internal policies and deadlines, together with the corresponding internal and external reporting's
Ensuring all external statutory financial requirements are being met, such as annual close and audit (PWC), necessary tax filings (i.e. VAT, CIT) and applicable statutory reporting
Preparation of reports & analysis for the business
Monitor and partially operationally execute sustainability reporting, as well as new customer/supplier KYC and compliance tasks
Maintain relationships with local banks, tax advisors, auditors, insurance brokers, legal advisors, payroll providers and other external and internal stakeholders
Support the implementation or exchange of external providers and IT tools, as applicable
Cooperation with key team members in head office in Lugano and Stockholm city

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent

• 5+ years working experience in a similar role

• Familiar with IFRS & Norwegian Reporting requirements

• Excellent English and Norwegian language skills is mandatory

• Familiarity with Microsoft NAV or large ERPs

• Excellent Excel skills are essential
