About the role:
You 'll be a professional marketer driving Google Cloud awareness, new business acquisition, customer development and user community programs. You 're a passionate and results-driven individual with experience in a software or other high-tech cloud B2B organization. This role will involve developing customer use case stories, building a large, loyal and engaged customer base and actively working with a direct sales team on scalable enterprise and start-up marketing programs and campaigns across multiple segments and channels.
* Drive Enterprise marketing for a segment of clients including the planning, development and execution of all enterprise and marketing initiatives, serving as marketing expert and strategist for local Sales Leadership and team
* Collaborate with cross-functional manager teammates to develop compelling, high-impact campaigns and ABM (Account Based Marketing) programs across multiple channels to successfully engage target Greenfield accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for Sales
* Align marketing with sales to ensure demand generation campaigns are synchronized with sales priorities, objectives and goals
* Coordinate with other Marketing teams on Enterprise marketing activities (such as Corporate Events, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, PR and Digital) to provide strategic leadership
* Help deliver insightful reporting and analytics to demonstrate marketing programs impact. Define and track key metrics to optimize marketing campaigns, help with dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Mandatory Skills:
* Bachelor 's degree or equivalent practical experience
* Experience in B2B technology marketing or field marketing
* Fluent in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages fluently and idiomatically
Desired Skills:
* Strong experience in Enterprise account-based marketing and developing and executing multiple marketing plans for large complex accounts
* Strong leadership skills including stakeholder management in a matrix organization
* Strong local network and affinity with the Cloud Market
* Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects
* Distinctive problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
* Hands-on Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation tools (Marketo) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
