Job Description
Senior Leader - MA Strategy Value Realisation
As an experienced leader within the field of MA, you will play a critical role in scaling existing and establishing new partnerships within private equity and/or the broader financial sector, as well as delivering on complex and diverse projects within MA strategy and value realisation.
We are looking for 5-15+ years of relevant strategy and value realisation experience within MA related projects
Prior experience delivering MA strategy including investment themes, identifying and evaluating targets and portfolio reviews
Track record of defining goals and constraints in relation to strategy and building these into an executable plan
Experience in identifying synergies
History of delivering and measuring execution
Excellent written and verbal ability in Swedish and English
Comfortable in leading larger teams and acting as a coach and role model for junior colleagues
Senior Leader - MA Due Diligence
As an experienced leader within the field of MA, you will play a critical role in scaling existing and establishing new partnerships within private equity and/or the broader financial sector, as well as delivering on complex and diverse projects from a due diligence perspective.
We are looking for 5-10+ years of relevant due diligence experience within MA related projects (commercial, IT and/or Operational)
Commercial due diligence experience such as delivering target overviews, customer segments, product categories, presence and size as well as market sizing, competitor landscaping and business plan analysis
IT due diligence such as identifying risks related to the IT environment. estimating current IT operating costs and OOCs and time plans to targets IT environment as well as IT's contribution to the company value
Operational due diligence such as benchmarking cost base, operational set-up, supplier and partner set-up, evaluation of internal governance, capacity and scalability
Excellent written and verbal ability in Swedish and English
Comfortable in leading larger teams and acting as a coach and role model for junior colleagues
Management Consultant - MA
In order to meet our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to fill a number of roles across seniority levels within our existing MA offering. You will play an important role during different parts of the MA lifecycle such as pre-deal analysis, due diligence as well as transaction execution and implementation for both strategic and financial buyers/sellers.
We are looking for A relevant university degree and relevant commitments alongside studies
1-10+ years of relevant experience in MA related projects
Experience of some or all parts of the MA lifecycle such as strategy, due diligence, synergy creation, integration /divestiture plan creation and execution amongst other areas
Analytical mindset with a burning interest in developing businesses
Excellent written and verbal ability in Swedish and English
Team player who is keen to work with different teams, share skills and learn from each other
