EnterCard is a Nordic credit-card business with more than 350 employees based in offices in Oslo, Trondheim, Stockholm and Copenhagen. EnterCard is currently on its way to expand its operations to Finland. EnterCard has more than 1,6 million credit-card customers in the Nordic region.
EnterCard is focused on managing partner-branded credit-card programmes for organizations such as British Airways, Swedish Golf Association, the union Handels in Sweden, Coop and LO in both Denmark and Norway. EnterCard also issues credit cards and corporate cards on behalf of Banks such as Swedbank and SpareBank1 including several Independent SavingsBanks in Sweden and Norway. To target the open consumer market directly, EnterCard has its own branded credit-card called re:member. For EnterCard it is important to be a responsible lender and therefore promoting sensible use of credit-cards.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
After 6 years, the current PA to our CEO has decided to take on new challenges in Swedbank, and we are now looking to replace her with an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will be in charge of coordinating the executive agenda and manage the CEO's administration.
Main responsibilities include:
• Own and manage a heavy calendar, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
• Organize travel
• Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO
• Organize a variety of complex executive meetings, including preparation of documents, background material and minutes
• Communicate and handle electronic communications on behalf of the CEO
• Prioritize and manage multiple and complex demands simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Administrate time reports and expenses
• Organize visits from Board and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Communications to secure highest standards in all internal and external communication.

Profil
The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, often with tight deadlines, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, both in Swedish and English, and attention to detail are equally important. Other requirements for the role are:
• 5+ years experience supporting at the executive level
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to build network on highest level, in an international environment.
The role requires some travel in the Nordic region. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities to develop the role to take on further responsibilities.
