We are now looking for an Executive Assistant for SVP GTT Quality & Customer Satisfaction

As an Executive Assistant to SVP Quality & Customer Satisfaction in GTT you will support and be a part of the management team. We are looking for a truly proficient organizer and planner with good judgment/ priorization, high integrity and the ability to gain trust. Each of us in GTT Q&CS is encouraged to be inclusive and take individual responsibility. You are expected to be a key asset in our team with your positive and team work mind-set.

Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Coordinate and organize SVPGTT Quality & Customer Satisfactions's calendars, meetings, conferences and events
• Coordinate Management meetings which include travel arrangements, agenda planning and being the liaison between all participants. Be part of the management team and contribute to a good teamwork. Records minutes if needed
• Responsible for creating various kinds of documents and presentations
• Mail administration, supervise and answer mail and alert the direct manager on urgent and important issues when applicable
• Search and collect data, compile reports, and follow up plans and activities
• Complete some economics tasks and reports such as invoice handling, time reports, traveling expenses, order handling, EBD orders and Faros
• Continuously improve administrative routines
• Drive and coordinate projects and programs related to GTT Quality & Customer Satisfaction
• Interact with the GTT EMT assistant network as well as drive the assistant network within GTT Q& CS
• Other administrative tasks
• Drive and coordinate office management activities within the delegation given including ordering office equipment etc.

Wanted profile
• To be successful in this position you need to be service minded, have a proactive focus and enjoy the challenges of supporting a top-level manager
• You need to have the ability to organize; structure and prioritize a wide range of administrative issues in an efficient way
• The job requires that you have a high level of integrity; you need to feel comfortable in working independently and you will be working in a high pace international environment that requires you to be very well organized, have excellent communication and networking skills
• Minimum education and experience: Exam from administrative training/ education or equivalent work experience from similar positions
• Excellent IT skills and ability to learn and use new IT tools and methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Good organizational skills and problem solving skills, attention to details
• Deep knowledge of Volvo organization and administrative routines
• Experience of work in the international environment and excellent networking skills
